Charlotte has juvenile idiopathic arthritis polyarticular with a rheumatoid factor positive. When she was at her worst she was in lots of pain and struggled with depression. Her medication helps take the edge off the pain and she finds happiness in helping others with the condition.

Kyrun has systemic onset juvenile idiopathic arthritis. He was diagnosed when he was 6 years old. His arthritis has never been managed for more than 3 months. He has had lots of treatment and spent months at a time in hospital.

Jessica has systemic juvenile chronic arthritis. She typically experiences pain all over her body. She takes Humira (adalimumab), azathioprine, Pentasa (mesalazine) and paracetamol to help manage her conditions. Jessica has improved lots since taking Humira and having hip and shoulder surgery.
