    Shams eczema has caused difficulties in his schooling and personal life. Although finding the right treatment was a long process, he found that settling into a routine with treatments has helped in managing his eczema.

    Aman, aged 23, learned from experience that a disciplined daily moisturising routine helps manage eczema and its various triggers. He suggests going to a dermatologist, as GPs may not be as knowledgeable about all of the treatments available.

    (Audio or text only clips) Aadam was diagnosed with eczema as a baby. Aadam struggled with having and treating his eczema throughout much of his childhood. This inspired him to write a book called Itchy Witchy' to help other children and young people affected by eczema.

    Himesh was diagnosed with eczema when he was 10/11 years old during a stay in hospital with a serious skin infection. He has since been attending a children's dermatology clinic and, over the years, has used a number of different creams and other medications.
