David

David started getting knee pain around 2008. The pain continued even after he changed jobs and drove less. X-rays showed that he had osteoarthritis. He had a partial knee replacement in 2014.

    Lola developed plaque psoriasis when she was 14. She has only recently noticed that psoriasis can have a big emotional impact on her. Lola would prefer to not rely on medications, like steroid creams, and she has recently started yoga to help with stress.

    (Audio or text only clips) Jack developed guttate psoriasis at age 20. He looked up the diagnosis online which was confirmed by a GP. Jack has felt self-conscious about psoriasis, though less so now that he older and has been prescribed a tacrolimus cream which works for him.

    Louis had a psoriatic rash when he was 18 for about 2 months. The steroid creams and emollients helped soothe his skin, which was very itchy and sore. Everyday activities were affected and it was difficult not having any answers about what was happening.
