Interview 20- Intensive care' experiences of family

In 2004 his wife and her mother spent six months in hospital and was admitted to ICU three times because of sepsis and heart problems.

    Diagnosed with breast cancer 1998, Ductal Carcinoma in-situ. Underwent a lumpectomy and Radiotherapy. In 2000 found 2 malignant lumps and had a mastectomy, radiotherapy and Tamoxifen. In 2001 chemotherapy was given.

  • Liz - Interview 2 ' Parents of children on the autism spectrum

    Liz's son, Jonas, aged 11, has been diagnosed with epilepsy, ADHD and Asperger syndrome and Raphe, the youngest son, has Downs Syndrome. Jonas attends the local mainstream primary school but Liz is worried about the move to secondary school.
