Diagnosed with cervical cancer in 1994. Wertheim's hysterectomy. Both ovaries and some lymph nodes removed.

Diagnosed with cervical cancer (Stage1B) in 1991. External Radiotherapy (30 sessions), followed by Internal Radiotherapy. Radical hysterectomy after radiotherapy. Both ovaries and some lymph nodes removed.

Elaine was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in 1995. The surgeon removed most of her pancreas and her spleen. Elaine also had some radiotherapy. Since then she has been very well indeed and only takes metformin for mild diabetes.

David first had symptoms in December 2003. He was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in 2004. He had a Whipple's operation, followed by chemotherapy and radiotherapy. In 2010 his cancer recurred. Doctors have told him that he has 'weeks or months to live.

Steve found an abrasion on his penis. After seeing his GP he was falsely diagnosed with Herpes. His condition did not respond to treatment and he was referred to a dermatologist who diagnosed cancer in 2005. Steve underwent a partial penectomy, reconstructive surgery and removal of lymph nodes.

Les noticed a lump on his penis, it was itchy and sore. He went to his GP who told him the lump was a genital wart. His GP treated the lump as a wart to no avail. Later a biopsy revealed the lump was cancerous. Les had surgery to remove the affected area.

Frank had discomfort in his penis and was finding urination difficult. A lump emerged on Frank's penis. He saw his GP and was given a preliminary diagnosis of cancer, this was confirmed after a biopsy. Weeks later Frank went on to have a partial penectomy.
