In the following videos, young men talk about their experiences of eating disorders and young people talk about the myths around eating disorders. These videos are a free teaching resource that could be used to start discussions in PSHE class for KS3 and KS4 students. They could also be used to teach Eating behaviour in Psychology A level/post-16 and health and social care. The third video is a resource at aimed at medical and nursing students and anyone working in the field of mental health.
