In this section you can find out about the experience of breastfeeding by seeing and hearing people share their personal stories on film. Our researchers initially travelled all around the UK to talk to 56 women and 2 men in their own homes. Analysis of 7 new interviews were added in 2015 to help keep the site up to date. Find out what people said about issues such as sore nipples, feeding patterns, dealing with difficult times and introducing solid foods. We hope you find the information helpful and reassuring.
